Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Every year when fall arrives I become obsessed with pumpkin spice everything LOL! Here's one of my breakfast faves.
1c nonfat greek yogurt
1/2c pumpkin puree (canned works great!)
1/4c unsweetened apple sauce
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
3c almond milk (whatever milk you like)
2tsp cinnamon
1tsp vanilla
pinch of fresh grated nutmeg
Maple syrup to taste
handful of ice
Pop everything in the blender and give it a whiz. That's it all done!
