Black Sesame Rainbow Peppers
Bright, fresh and crisp! These are the perfect accompnyment to my Ginger Garlic Chicken.
Serves 4.
1 each red, yellow and orange peppers (large- cut in strips)
1tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
1tsp black sesame seeds
salt to taste
Simply toss everything in the pan and saute on high until the peppers have slightly softened but are still crisp. That's it... you're done. ENJOY!
